A native of South Carolina, Edgar attended Clemson University and graduated with a degree in Agricultural Mechanization & Business. He started in the merchandising business in 1983 and founded Palmetto Grain Brokerage in 1985. With nearly 40 years of service, he has built Woods Holdings Companies into a trusted partner in many facets of production agriculture.

 

Collan Campbell

Born and raised in South Carolina, Collan graduated from College of Charleston with degrees in International Business, Global Logistics/Supply Chain Management, and Spanish. After working in operations for Norfolk Southern for 6.5 years, he joined Edgar and the Performance AG team in 2016. Since then, his aim has been to help farmers with marketing and logistics, and to develop the export sector. Today, Performance AG exports soybeans, SRW wheat, grain sorghum, and cottonseed to over 15 different countries.

 

 

Tina Crider

Tina is originally from St. Matthews and has been surrounded by farmers and agriculture her entire life. She has been working with Edgar since her move to the lowcountry in 2002. Her drive and experience allows her to handle day-to-day task or major projects for our customers with ease.

 

 

Ashley Snellings

Marketing Assistant

Ashley is originally from North, SC located in Orangeburg County and graduated from the University of South Carolina-Upstate with a Bachelor's of Science degree in Biology. She began working at Palmetto Grain Brokerage in 2005 and for Performance Ag in 2009.  She currently works as a trade assistant and helps customers with contract management, processing tickets and customer service.

 

 

Franci O'Quinn

Marketing Assistant

Also a native of Ridgeland, South Carolina, Franci graduated from Edgar’s high school alma mater before continuing her education at the University of South Carolina at Beaufort. From there, she received a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management with a concentration in Marketing. She joined the Performance AG team in 2020 and has since enjoyed learning the ends-and-outs of grain marketing and export management.
